Booking Terms and Conditions:

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a deposit receipt, the tariff will be honoured. As all units are individually owned, apartment requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Apartments include linen and weekly servicing. Daily servicing can be arrange at additional cost

A deposit is required at time of booking.

Low Season $200 Mid Season $300
High season 50% of total

Balance of account payable on arrival.
Minimum length stays may apply.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations will attract a $50.00 administration and booking fee.

In the event of a booking being cancelled, a refund of the deposit, less administrative fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days notice at other times.
